Mandatory Workplace Training (40 H)
Law No. 93/2019, of 4 September, currently in force, establishes that all employees are entitled to a minimum of 40 hours of continuous training per year.
Indice has created, with its clients in mind, the 40-hour Plans model. These can be acquired as pre-defined packs or tailored to specific requirements.
The available packs consist of a combination of one or more topics, delivered in person or remotely, with the aim of promoting the personal and professional development of employees, thus ensuring the mandatory training required by law under the current Labour Code.
