Technician specialising in Hotel Management and Accommodation

To manage, coordinate and supervise the activities of the sections within the Hotel Accommodation Department, specifically the porter’s lodge/reception, floors/rooms, laundry/linen room, and the organisation of events and sales, ensuring the quality and safety of the service and the accommodation capacity of a hotel establishment.

Adults aged 18 or over with at least a secondary school education.

Certificate of qualifications and a Level 5 diploma as a Specialist Technician in Hotel Management and Accommodation.
