Renewable energy

Identify the main sources of renewable energy. Recognise the technologies associated with generating renewable energy – biomass, wind, geothermal, hydro, hydrogen, ocean and solar. Explain the process of converting solar and kinetic energy, from wind and water, into electrical energy.

Working professionals, both employed and unemployed, who, as part of their continuing professional development, wish to enhance or update their knowledge in their respective fields of expertise.

At the end of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Qualifications, provided they have met the defined objectives and attended at least 90 per cent of the course.
