Implement the requirements for accessible and inclusive tourism

It is aimed at professionals and individuals who need to acquire or enhance skills relating to the implementation of accessible and inclusive tourism practices, tailoring service procedures to the specific needs of customers with mobility, visual, hearing or cognitive impairments, or other special needs.

Working professionals, both employed and unemployed, who, as part of their continuing professional development, wish to enhance or update their knowledge in their respective fields.

At the end of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Qualifications, provided they have met the defined objectives and attended at least 90 per cent of the course.
