Floor Attendant – Hospitality and Catering

The Housekeeping Assistant is responsible for cleaning, sanitising and tidying the rooms, floors and communal areas of a hotel, ensuring guests’ comfort. Duties include preparing rooms for new guests, managing stocks of linen and cleaning products, and reporting faults. The courses include a work placement.

Unemployed adults aged 18 or over

At the end of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Qualifications, provided they have met the defined objectives and attended at least 90 per cent of the course.
