Saturdays in the Park

As its name suggests, the aim of Vila Nova de Gaia Town Council, with this initiative, was to organise a range of lively and appealing activities – open-air cinema, classes and workshops, talks, concerts, a business fair and markets – in four of the city’s parks, with a view to encouraging the public to make the most of these green spaces.

As such, it was necessary to organise each of these events, establish the necessary contacts with the participating organisations and businesses, prepare the promotional materials, provide support whilst the events were taking place, and cover these events.
