Organic Waste Collection

The ‘Recolha Bio’ project, organised by the Municipality of Oliveira de Azeméis, has inspired its residents to contribute to a circular economy through the collection of bio-waste.

To achieve this ambitious goal, social media campaigns were launched and various promotional materials were produced, such as an animated video, leaflets and posters. A crucial part of this project was also the door-to-door outreach to distribute the bins and directly raise awareness amongst the community about how they work and their benefits for the planet.
